Here are a bunch of recent photos. The weather took a turn for the 'beautiful' this weekend so we went to White Rock for a walk. It was soooooo nice!
Then this past Monday I had a playdate with the prenatal group. Not sure if I blogged about this before - but the girls threw me a going away party a few weeks ago. Just mommies were invited - we had dinner, then back to one of the houses for cake and visiting and they made me a scrapbook complete with pictures from the previous playdates and each girl put a photo of their little family and wrote some nice comments. It was really touching and it made me cry (then I made them cry...aha...we're even!). We have one more playdate planned before I depart for freezing cold Edmonton. I'm sure going to miss them and the babies...I can't believe how grown up they all are!
Me and Jack at White Rock

Beautiful White Rock

The babies (left to right: Lauren, Jack, Noah, Jacob...there were 4 kiddo missing)

Jack's "drinking buddy"!!! Jack and Noah are the two oldest babies in the prenatal group (Noah is 5 days older...even though his mom and I were almost a full month apart in due dates!). Jack tried to 'sample' Noah's sippy cup so I gave Jack his, then Noah was interested in Jack's. It was all very cute. Later on Jack crawled around and tried to steal every baby's cookies and was successful some of the time.

The kids were all good for the most part. But for a lot of them it was the first time around other babies when they were all so mobile. This is Jack poking Jacob ('JJ') in the eye. There was no crying or anything...so Jack wasn't being mean...he was just exploring!! Jack got his fair share - one of the babies kept using his jeans to pull herself up and they were all crawling over each other - like they didn't even notice each other other than a 'speed bump' that they had to get over. It was really very cute:)

Here is Jack playing with his Little People car garage that he got from Grandma and Grandpa W. this Christmas. He seems to enjoy his new 'big boy' toy.

One of the woman in the prenatal group is an excellent photographer. She always seems to capture the perfect moment. This is one of her photos.
Another one of her photos. This is very 'typical' Jack...always looking around whatever is in his way to see what he's missing. "Peek!!!"
