I should really be going to bed right now since our little monkey will have me up in about 5 hours! But I thought I just had to post the pictures from his haircut on Wednesday. The place was really neat...it's for kids only. Jack was good until they tried to put the cape on him, it was downhill from there! He cried and cried and cried...it was kinda sad and kinda funny at the same time - you should have seen the snot pouring out of his nose (ew!!). His 'new' do is not very different...the hairdresser said that they do not take much off the first time because it's too traumatic for the parents - I took her word for it!Lucky for me - he had terrible bed head the morning of the hair cut so I got a pretty funny 'before' picture. I don't know why he's making such goofball faces in the 'after' pictures. As an aside...they asked me if I wanted them to spike his hair with some gel and i said yes...I think it looks dumb so WARNING!!! that is NOT his 'new' hair style...it's just the style for that day!

Totally different pictures now...we put Jack in the hammock and started swinging him back and forth. I couldn't get over how cute his little toes were so I ran and grabbed the camera. Jack's Auntie Erin was visiting that weekend and snapped some good shots as well!
Everyone loves the hot tub! We don't put him in it (so stop freaking out) but he likes to splash his feet in the water. Almost like bath time (which he still LOVES) but warmer:)
Oh yeah...and for those of you who have noticed that Jack has a bit of a googlie eye (a.k.a. 'lazy eye') you are correct. We met our family doctor last week and he thinks both eyes are a little lazy...which makes it sound like he is cross eyed (which he's NOT). But we're being referred to a pediatric opthamologist (I think I spelled that wrong)...so it'll probably be a few months before we can get in but I'll keep ya posted! Ian is a little concerned though...he says that if Jack has to wear a patch we're gonna have to get him a parrot...and we don't think Jack's old enough to look after a parrot ;)
